It takes around three weeks to complete a new order in terms of the chocolate or the packaging, counting from the date we receive your files, drawings or models.


Each new order necessitates the production of various materials, such as moulds and printing films.

NEW ORDER = 3 WEEKS

Any additional order using existing materials will take around a week to complete.

RE-ORDER = 1 WEEK

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the time of year.
